CTONG 2508, ADAPT Lung (NCT07120698), is a single-arm phase 2 trial of residual disease-guided adjuvant sintilimab in patients with stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer who did not achieve a pathological complete response after neoadjuvant immunotherapy with chemotherapy, at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu and Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital. The primary endpoint is two-year event-free survival; primary completion is estimated for June 2029.
