Autologous T cells engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor against CD22. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. CARGO elected to discontinue the phase 2 FIRCE-1 study on 28 January 2025 (Q1 2025 10-Q); the registry lists NCT05972720 as terminated: "Company decision to stop trial, withdraw the IND and close down operations."
