FHD-909

FHD-909 (LY4050784) is an oral small-molecule allosteric inhibitor from Foghorn Therapeutics, with Eli Lilly and Company as partner. An oral, allosteric small molecule that selectively inhibits the ATPase activity of SMARCA2 over its paralog SMARCA4, aimed at cancers that have lost SMARCA4. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for SMARCA4-mutant non-small cell lung cancer and SMARCA4-deficient solid tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. 1 October 2026: after reviewing phase 1 dose-escalation data, Foghorn and Lilly decided not to advance FHD-909 into expansion; the selective SMARCA2 degrader programme was also dropped and collaboration activities are expected to end. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
