ITIL-306 is an autologous tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte cell therapy with a co-stimulatory antigen receptor from Instil Bio that reached phase 1 for epithelial ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and renal cell carcinoma; development has stopped.
ITIL-306 (CoStAR-TIL) is an autologous tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy with a co-stimulatory antigen receptor (CoStAR) from Instil Bio. A cell therapy made from the patient's own tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes that carries a molecule designed to increase TIL activity when it meets folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) on the tumour. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for epithelial ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and renal cell carcinoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Form 10-K for 2025 says the ITIL-306 trials were discontinued; NCT05397093 TERMINATED. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
A cell therapy made from the patient's own tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes that carries a molecule designed to increase TIL activity when it meets folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) on the tumour. Connects to Folate receptor alpha.
