ITIL-168 is an autologous tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy from Instil Bio. A cell therapy made from the patient's own tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes, grown from a piece of resected tumour. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for advanced cutaneous melanoma, cervical cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 2 studies linked below. Instil's Form 10-K for 2025 (filed March 2026) says it discontinued its TIL programme and the ITIL-168 and ITIL-306 trials 'several years ago'. NCT05050006 (phase 2, melanoma) TERMINATED; NCT05393635 (phase 1, solid tumours) WITHDRAWN. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
