AL-605 is a small molecule from Alaw Therapeutics. A selective, brain-penetrant CDK2 inhibitor designed to target CDK2-dependent tumour growth, including cyclin E-driven cancers and settings where CDK2 activation drives resistance. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for HR-positive breast cancer after CDK4/6 inhibitors with CCNE1 amplification or overexpression, CCNE1-amplified ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and gastric cancer. No clinical trial naming it is registered on ClinicalTrials.gov. Company release of 29 May 2026: first patients dosed in a phase 1a/b trial in CCNE1-amplified solid tumours; interim data expected in the second half of 2026. It has not been shown to work in people.
