An IgG1 antibody against NaPi2b joined to the topoisomerase I inhibitor exatecan through a cleavable linker made with Tubulis's P5 conjugation chemistry, with a drug-to-antibody ratio of 8. Its furthest stage is phase 2, for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) and endometrial cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 4 studies linked below.
