Overview
The Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre is the specialist non-surgical cancer centre of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, providing radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, haematology and stem cell transplantation, and teenage and young adult cancer services for Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire and parts of Wiltshire. It works with the University of Bristol on cancer epidemiology (Bristol is home to the Avon Longitudinal Study and Integrative Cancer Epidemiology Programme), and hosts clinical trials in haematology, lung and urological cancers.
