Overview
Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust delivers cancer services principally from its City Hospital campus, which houses radiotherapy, medical oncology, haematology, breast and urological surgery and the Nottingham Breast Institute, serving Nottinghamshire and much of the East Midlands as the regional cancer centre. Research with the University of Nottingham includes the Nottingham Prognostic Index for breast cancer, developed from the Nottingham Tenovus breast cancer series, the Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre, and biomarker work in breast and colorectal cancer, and the trust hosts a large clinical trials portfolio.
