Overview
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust provides cancer services across Hammersmith, Charing Cross, St Mary's and Queen Charlotte's hospitals, including radiotherapy, haematology and stem cell transplantation, and the national gestational trophoblastic disease service at Charing Cross. Imperial College London's cancer research spans surgical innovation and imaging, gynaecological and hepatobiliary cancers, leukaemia and the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences at Hammersmith, and Imperial partners with The Institute of Cancer Research in the Cancer Research UK Convergence Science Centre, applying engineering and physical sciences to cancer. The trust is an Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre and part of the Imperial College Academic Health Science Centre.
