Nectin-4
Nectin-4 is an adhesion protein plentiful on bladder cancer cells, used as the docking site for the ADC enfortumab vedotin. This dossier gathers the 3 products (1 approved), 3 trials, 0 pathways and 0 resistance routes in the corpus that involve it, with external identifiers so it can be joined to UniProt, ChEMBL, Open Targets and the rest of biology.
Biology
Nectin-4 is a cell adhesion molecule and also a receptor for measles virus. Skin expression explains the rash seen with enfortumab.
