CBX-663 is a TCR-mimetic T cell engager (T-Bolt) from Crossbow Therapeutics. A first-in-class T cell engager that binds TERT-derived peptide-HLA complexes on tumour cells and activates T cells through a CD3-binding arm. Given into a vein. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. TelOscope-001 phase 1 NCT07779798 recruiting; first participant dosed per release of 9 September 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
